Hope!

You know there is this Greek folk tale about Pandora’s box which had all the evils of the world that came out when he opened it and the last thing to come out was hope. Everybody thought it was a gift that Zeus gave so that humanity can fight those evils and survive but it’s said that’s not why Zeus put hope in that box along with all the evils.

It’s said that Zeus was very very angry with humankind so he played a cruel game. The reason he put hope was so that humans will feel it and suffer the evil instead of just giving up.

He wanted them to suffer for as long as they can and not end it. So it’s said that hope was not a gift or a good thing. It was the evilest of all things. Zeus’s biggest revenge.
